Literally had no problems, the employees were helpful and explained everything to me that I needed to know. I rented a Hyundai to move from Connecticut to Ohio and they were very helpful about explaining what insurance I might want to get for such a long trip. I got a free upgrade in the car was clean. I'm normally A tough customer because I have to ask a lot of questions to understand everything fully. But everyone was super great

I use Enterprise for economy and convenience. Also they offer options that work with insurance. At this location, young staff are friendly and helpful. This is not slick new cars serviced and detailed for each rental, but it's good, basic, practical service.
