i walked in and after waiting for an hour! the employee helped another customer before me!! that came in only 10 minutes prior, his excuse was he was already here, when he clearly wasn't an I even heard them make a joke about it, after which I google searched the next Verizon store in newtown and had my issue taken care of with in 20 minutes of walking though their door. my time is very valuable to me, clearly they don't think so since they get paid per hour and doesn't matter if they help me or not.
We had to up-date our phone, and the owner was nice enough to stay after hours to help us!!!
