Amazing! I was the first customer and soon after there were people waiting. Paul was working on my item and did not rush due to the wait. Instead he took the other customers phone numbers and told them he would call them so that they didn't have to wait. He spent over an hour with me to get me the best price. He was kind, informative and truly wonderful!
