I got the Cobb salad, which was good, but as I was almost finished w/ it, I found a big black bug at the bottom. I called them to tell them what I had found and if they can do anything about it. All they said was they can make me another salad when I was almost finished w/ my first one. Not helpful at all. I asked for a refund and all he said was "I wash the salad everyday." That does not help the fact that there was a bug in my salad and that they were not willing to give me a refund or gift certificate at least. Will not be coming back here.
